1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Locations
We ship to the UK, EU, and selected international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at cs@galetlondon.com to inquire about shipping options.
1.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- UK Express Shipping: £11.95 (1 business day)
- UK Standard Shipping: £6.95 (2-3 business days)
- EU Standard Shipping: £14.95 (2-5 business days)
- International Shipping: £14.95 (2-7 business days)
1.3 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
1.4 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that shipping estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
- UK: 1-3 business days
- EU: 2-5 business days
- International: 2-7 business days
1.5 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email which you can track your order through.
1.6 Taxes and Duties
We take care of all customs duties and taxes for orders shipped to the UK, EU, and international locations. This means you won’t need to pay any additional fees when receiving your order.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-made products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2.2 How to Return an Item
To initiate a return in the UK
Please use our free Royal Mail Portal or contact us at cs@galetlondon.com with your order number and reason for the return.
To initiate a return EU, US or International
Contact us at cs@galetlondon.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.
Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
- UK and EU customers: We offer free return shipping for faulty items or incorrect orders.
- International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
2.4 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2.5 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at cs@galetlondon.com. Once your return is received, we will dispatch the exchange within 3-5 business days.
2.6 Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@galetlondon.com. We will provide instructions for returning the product and offer a replacement or refund.
